This estate is the ideal place for a vacation, while being close to all the region's most beautiful sites. The tranquility of this holiday offers you the sweetness of country living, as well as a large wooded garden, free parking, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

The house is located in Castries, a small village 3 km from Baillargues. This incredible 12th-century mill is a charming blend of contemporary and authentic. Set on 19000m2. The property is surrounded by fields and nature.

LODGEMENT This 80m2 apartment is ideal for 4 people with a maximum of 6. It is located on the first floor with private entrance.

It comprises a main room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge, electric grill, hob, microwave, Phillips coffee maker, dining table and a sofa that can be used as a bed for 2 extra people.

One bed is 140cm x 200cm and the other 168cm x 200cm. The rooms overlook the courtyard with its trees, swimming pool and lovely terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine/dryer. Towels and sheets are provided.

You're free to enjoy the 15m x 6m pool (during summer) and jacuzzi and deckchairs. There are no neighbors facing the property.

As there is no safety fence around the pool, we cannot accommodate children on site.

We live on site on the second floor of the rest of the villa. If you need anything, don't hesitate to contact us.

Pets are not allowed. However, if you have a small dog, please contact us.

There may be farmers picking strawberries.

NEIGHBORHOOD Baillargues is a village of 6,000 inhabitants that enjoys a relatively good position in relation to the tourist sites to be visited.
