Welcome to Villa du Verger, a peaceful haven in the village of Valergues. Here, old-world charm meets modern efficiency: the house features exceptional insulation. Your ground-floor apartment is self-contained. The garden is shared with ours. A 3-star accommodation, ideal for a comfortable stay. We have a lovely dog (calm and very well-behaved), which is why we cannot accommodate other pets.

This accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility or young children.

Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked safely in the garden near the gate, and cars can park for free on the street in front of the villa.

Travel with peace of mind: we’ve taken special care to ensure your privacy. Soundproofing between the ground floor and the upper floors has been reinforced. There’s no risk of hearing neighbors’ voices, the TV, or music; here, you’re in a true cocoon of silence.

🌳 The Gourmet Garden (shared space):

The villa’s highlight is its tree-lined garden, a true open-air orchard:

- Apricot, fig, apple, cherry, quince, grapevine, and raspberry bushes await you depending on the season.

- Herb garden: Help yourself to rosemary, thyme, basil, peppermint, lemongrass, verbena, and bay leaves to enhance your grilled dishes or herbal teas.

Relaxation: a pool to cool off and a large shaded arbor with a barbecue for al fresco dining.

3.5-meter-high stone walls enclose this very peaceful garden, and no neighbors will disturb you. Naturism is permitted.

🛋 Indoor Space:

Living Room: A large, bright, air-conditioned 54 m2 living room with exposed beams and a professional foosball table. A 140 x 190 cm sofa bed is available to accommodate two additional guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need is here (Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle). Please note: no dishwasher.

Bedroom: Large, air-conditioned bedroom with a high-end queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a spacious walk-in closet. Bath linens provided.

Internet: Ultra-fast fiber-optic internet (100 Mbps) with an RJ45 Ethernet cable and Wi-Fi. The living room table overlooking the garden is also ideal for working from home.

Free street parking and a RÉVÉO public charging station (22 kW) located 500 meters away, allowing you to easily charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

Village within walking distance (200 m): bakery, restaurant, bar, tobacco shop, and pizzeria.

Transportation: The Valergues train station is a 7-minute walk away. Montpellier is just 15 minutes away by TER. Access to the A9 highway is 15 minutes away.

Beaches: Carnon (25 min), La Grande-Motte (31 min), and, for naturists, the expansive beaches of Espiguette (45 min).

In the village, enjoy beautiful walks through the Valergues Forest and along the fitness trail. For cyclists, the greenway runs through the village. The charming village center features a bell tower and narrow streets typical of the South of France.

The Massane Golf Course is 8 km away, downtown Montpellier is 15 km away, and the Nîmes Arena is 39 km away. At the gateway to the Camargue, the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes are 24 km away.
