Discover the sweetness of the Occitan lifestyle in this 70 m2, south-east-facing first floor apartment, fully renovated to a high standard. Welcome to Villa du Verger, a haven of peace in the village of Valergues. Here, old-world charm meets modern performance: the home boasts exceptional insulation - a rare feature for a 1930 building - ensuring natural coolness in summer and healthy warmth in winter.
Your ground-floor apartment is private. The garden is shared with us. 3-star accommodation, ideal for a comfortable stay. We have an adorable dog (calm and very docile), which is why we cannot accept other animals.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.
Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked safely in the garden near the gate, and cars have free parking in the street opposite the villa.

- Aromatic herbariums: Help yourself to rosemary, thyme, basil, peppermint, lemongrass, verbena and laurel sauce to enhance your barbecued dishes or herbal teas.
Relaxation: A swimming pool to cool off in and a large shaded arbour with barbecue for al fresco dining.
Stone walls 3.5 m high protect this very quiet garden, and there are no neighbors to disturb. Naturism possible.

Living room: Large, bright, air-conditioned 54 m2 living room with exposed beams and professional table soccer. A 140x190 cm sofa bed is available for two extra beds.
Fully-equipped kitchen: Everything you need is here (Nespresso, filter coffee maker and kettle). Please note: no dishwasher.
Bedroom: Large air-conditioned room with a high-quality Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and a large dressing room. Bathroom linen provided.
Connectivity: Ultra-fast fiber optic internet (100 Mbps) with RJ45 Ethernet cable and Wi-Fi. The living room table facing the garden is also perfect for working from home.

- Wood surface: The worktops, the small table in the living room and the wine barrel are treated annually with linseed oil. This is a natural process that gives off no VOCs (volatile organic compounds), enhances the wood and provides a pleasant feel. It protects wood well, but is more fragile than varnish, for example. Clean staining liquids such as wine or Coca-Cola as soon as possible.
- Cooktop: The hood and electronic scale are integrated into the cooktop (touch controls).
Swimming pool:
- Safety: You are responsible for the safety of anyone swimming in the pool. Please raise the ladder when young children are present.
