About the Place

On Helsinki s most beautiful street,75 sq m apartment with own sauna & covered terrace,in the Synebrichoff Park

In front you have the sea.
Inside our building you have a Supermarket,Farmacy, Liquor Store,a well-known traditional restaurant & a Flower shop, all accessible internally directly with the elevator, which is great in bad weather:) A gym is situated in our courtyard called Stadi Fit.
Free parking on a street opposite our building.
Opposite you have a famous market hall filled with lovely small restaurants.
In our courtyard you also have a beautiful high end restaurant.
Down our street is the lovely gay lounge Bulevard Room, owned by my friend Timo. You can eat there too.
The gay discos DTM and Hercules and G Room are a walk away, as is the famous karaoke bar Mann s Street. The gay sauna Vogue is a 3 km tram ride away from us.

A 7-minute walk away from us is the beautiful Löyly Sauna and restaurant, right on the Baltic Sea, allowing you to jump into the sea while you have a sauna.

You cannot be better-placed than on our street. It has a Parisian feel with all its theaters and restaurants and cafés, and branches out onto the main street Mannerheimintie at one end and the Baltic Sea at the other end.
You can walk home from all the gay clubs at night, and walk to the shopping centers in the day.
In Winter there is Ice Swimming in the Löyly and Uunisaari saunas, and in the Summer you have the beach next door.

Our building is in a beautiful park where there is a museum and a fab restaurant overlooking the park.

Design museums, art cafés, boutiques, all are near.

Right next to us on our street is Helsinki s best Gay Lounge Room Bulevard and a 4-minute walk away you have DTM ( Don t Tell Mama ) the Gay disco for the younger crowd, with the Gay Disco ( more mature crowd ) Hercules a mere 10-minute walk away.

The collections of the Sinebrychoff Art Museum include some of the most valuable and internationally important paintings by old European masters to be found in Finland. The collections have mainly been made up of donations. The unique house museum of Paul and Fanny Sinebrychoff, a permanent exhibition on the 2nd floor makes up the core of the museum. The art collection of the Sinebrychoffs, including furniture and other artefacts was left to the Finnish government as a bequest in 1921.

Helsinki's oldest and best known park is surrounded by embassies and villas. The nearby sea, rock cliffs and green lawns offer many opportunities to relax and enjoy the outdoors. At the highest point of the park is the Ursa Observatory. There are several cafées and restaurants along the shore and on the islands.

Uunisaari Island

Uunisaari Island is located close to the city centre, offering a tranquil and relaxing seaside atmosphere. Close to the harbour, the island is a short 3-minute boat ride from the Kaivopuisto Park beach. Winter time ********. there is a bridge. The swimming beach is supervised. The Uunisaari restaurant offers a setting for special occasions, such as corporate events, weddings, celebrations, meetings and conferences. There are also sauna facilities. Terraces and dressing rooms can be found from all of the three saunas. In the winter time there is a hole in the ice where you can swim if you've got the courage!

Löyly, an urban oasis restaurant occupying a stretch of beautiful Helsinki waterfront, offers a warm welcome and many delights for locals and visitors alike. On a beautiful summer’s day, our terrace is the place to be and our saunas are available daily.

The building has diplomats and high end families living in it, so there is a strict silence after 22:00 rule and I do not wish to have guests who are loud or who have parties.
