Your luxury penthouse awaits you for a memorable stay in Tignes. The 300m2 apartment features a private spa just for you, with Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna to relax in after a long day on the slopes. It includes a 45 m2 master suite with balcony, bath, shower, Japanese toilet, dressing room, television and relaxation area.

The 2nd suite comprises a bedroom with dressing room, television, balcony and private shower room with Japanese toilet.

The 3rd spacious bedroom, with television, dressing room, balcony and relaxation area, shares a bathroom with bath, shower and Japanese toilet with the 4th bedroom, which has 3 single beds, two lower single beds and one upper single bed. This room also has television, ********do and children's games.

Upstairs you'll find a kitchen with all the equipment needed for a home chef to prepare your meals (optional). American fridge, wine cellar (optional), microwave oven, steam oven, induction hob, bean-to-cup coffee machine...

Please note that tea, coffee, still and sparkling water are provided in the apartment.

You have a balcony and a terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi of over 45 m2 (terrace) overlooking the surrounding mountains.

A living room with TV, music system, wine cellar, work area and fireplace (wood provided), toilet on this floor.

There's also a games room with table soccer, ********do, SONOS music and access to the spacious Hamam and sauna, relaxation area with shower and separate toilet.

This magnificent 300 m2 apartment is located in Tignes les Brévières, a small, friendly and authentic village in the heart of Tignes at an altitude of 1550 meters, ideal for winter or summer holidays for couples or families with children. A 5-minute walk away, the gondola takes you to Tignes and Val d'Isère, as well as Tignes 1800 and Tignes Le Lac.

You also have shared access to the residence's swimming pool and sports hall (open from mid-December to the end of April and in July and August).

A spacious ski locker with boot dryer and glove dryer is available on the ground floor. Equipment can be rented directly from our partner SKISET.

A covered parking space is available.

A few steps from the residence, sports stores, mini-market, bars, family restaurants and specialty restaurants.

A VIP champagne welcome awaits your arrival, and a continental breakfast buffet is served in your penthouse every morning from 08:00.

Daily housekeeping is provided between 10:00 and 14:00.
