Milkmaid - A-location ensuite bathroom centre

Thanks for being my guests. I am very easy going, speak 5 languages and always try to welcome you personally. When you decide to stay at my place I do have some house/hosting rules:

No pets allowed. No smoking, also not from the window. No parties, visitors or noise during the night. (23:00-08:00). No hard drugs and the legal soft drugs in the Netherlands you can carry with you or store, but not use in the room.

Bathroom is ensuite from March 2018, I provide towels a. Shower gel, shampoo and handsoap are in the bathroom, also a hairdryer. Your room is on the first floor (23 steps, steep staircase) and the other room as well.
You can lock your own room and can exit and enter the house anytime you like. I live and work in the same building.

Check in is flexible after 14:00-19:00. But please inform me about your exact arrival time. As I also manage a massage practice on the ground floor. I cannot open the door and welcome you while giving a massage.
I have a surcharge for check in after 19:00 or before 8:00.

When arriving earlier than 14:00 you can store your luggage for free (08:00-14:00) Also please inform me about exact moment of drop off.

When you come to my house I will give you a map of the city and discount voucher for bike rental around the corner. In your room there is a book I made with things to do, bars, restaurants etc...

Please keep in mind Amsterdam city rules that I am allowed to host maximum 4 persons in my house (2 per room) The house is not suitable for children and a child, even a baby, counts as one person.
