Our main rental is our 1939 upstairs duplex unit, but we open our backyard studio bedroom/bathroom:kitchenette for special events in Austin. Our downstairs office and upstairs art studio are locked off but we can provide access if you want more space. When occupied, we don’t use the office or studio. It’s our quiet backyard getaway with lovely light and interesting decor, including our collection of 1930’s motion lamps and unique local art. Access to our backyard is through our drive gate. My husband Bob and I love sharing out home and our city with guests from around the world. We live downstairs and are here to help, but the upstairs is separate and private.
