A cozy, quiet 1BR studio that is your easy launch pad for all the fun in Seattle. Walkable to many neighborhood restaurants, shops, bars, and to Lake Washington. Or you can walk to the light-rail to get to the stadiums, the airport, or downtown/Capitol Hill. In the summer, enjoy the weekly Farmer's Market or monthly Night Market just down the block. We're also one block away from a great little park for a picnic, and one block to a large gym to get your fitness on.
Our unit is the perfect crash pad for your short stay to explore Seattle.
Your room has its own entrance from the outside and is securely locked/separate from the rest of our home. Our studio is not child-friendly. You will not have access to a full kitchen or laundry. We equip the room with a mini-fridge, microwave, reusable dishes/silverware, and a Keurig machine with local coffee.
We have reliable WiFi for you to work if needed, but you'll likely be more comfortable at one of the great coffee shops in the neighborhood.

We (Byron and Nate) love hosting fun, kind people in our private / fully separate and secure suite in our townhome. We will be glad to point you to our favorite restaurants, bars, beaches, hiking/camping spots, etc. Our location 2 blocks from light rail or 15 minutes walk to Lake Washington makes it the perfect jumping-off point for all your Seattle adventures, even without a car!

We have a small table and reliable WiFi for you to work if needed, but you'll likely be more comfortable at the coffee shops in the neighborhood. We are in a townhome community, so we simply ask that you respect our neighbors. No smoking or pets in our unit, please. Access is by keypad, so you can arrive at any time. We ask you respect our 3pm Check in and 11am check out. Early check in or late check out on case by case basis, but we cannot ******** until day-of since we may have other guests.

Wonderful studio space with easy access to city and neighborhood with great amenities. Very stylish, new and clean. I found it exceptionally quiet for urban location. If I go back to Seattle I will check availability of this space first.
