When you walk through the front door with smart lock, you'll enter the main open concept living room and kitchen space. To the right of the entrance is the primary bedroom and large en suite bathroom, and to the left are the second and third bedrooms as well as the second bathroom. If you walk straight ahead from the front door through the kitchen, the glass double doors will lead you onto the covered back patio with outdoor dining and into the backyard.
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a small closet that remains locked for the housecleaners.
This home is located in the North Andrews Gardens neighborhood of Oakland Park, about three miles west of the beach, and about four miles north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This is a peaceful residential community with lots of gorgeous mid-century ranch homes located close to all of the fun that Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
There are lots of amenities and shops within walking distance of the home, but for further trips I would recommend either driving or using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. The home has two parking spaces in the driveway for guest use.
