Charming apartment in the Latin Quarter

My apartment is in the heart of the Latin Quarter in the 6th arrondissement, with everything you need nearby. Notably 3 metro lines and several bus lines. It's also ideally placed for getting around Paris on foot, as it's very central. It's also ideal for working out, as I have equipment at home and a gym just a 1-minute walk away! A very comfortable bed in the living room (it's not a sofa bed but a real bed!) and I sleep in the room next door on the nights I'm there. The space is shared, with a pleasant bathroom and kitchen, and an office for working in another room. There are also musical instruments. 4 windows each opening onto a balcony with lots of greenery. I stress that this is a shared space, not a private room - the apartment is extremely pleasant but given this information the ad probably corresponds to people around my age ******** who travel and are comfortable with collocation.
