Spacious Apartment to share near Denfert-Rochereau.

Perfect stay at Clément's home, I'd totally recommend it!

My stay at Clément's was perfect! The apartment is clean, spacious enough, very close to Metro Line 4 (it's possible to get anywhere easily) and, ultimately, tastefully decorated! Clément was always polite, nice and available to give me advice to better enjoy the city. I recommend him without a doubt!

Clément is very nice and cultured. He also accepted my last-minute request. Despite the unexpected change, he was very understanding. The apartment is very well located and very clean. I will probably go back. Thank you very much Clément.

Arrival and access to the apartment were flawless. The place is clean and well-arranged. Clement is discreet and attentive. He quickly followed my suggestion to install a curtain in the living room window facing the futon. The futon is simple and firm, which I appreciate. Please note that there is no elevator - 91 steps - and the kitchen/lab is acceptable but basic. Close to all services, metro and public pool. 20 min walk from Montparnasse and Luxembourg Garden. I highly recommend.

I loved the place, decorated with great taste, I felt at home, very close to the metro, Clement gave me very good recommendations, I would definitely return to this apartment.

I spent 2 wonderful nights at Clément's place, who accepted my last-minute booking for work. The location was ideal for me as it's very close to Montparnasse train station by bus (but you can even walk there). For leisure stays, it's a great location with affordable bars and restaurants in a nice neighborhood, with access to RER B and line 4 metro, and the Catacombs to visit at Denfert! The apartment is very pleasant and beautifully decorated, the street is quiet, Clément is really very welcoming, a lovely guy. The only downside is that you have to go through his bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet, which didn't bother me but I was concerned about inconveniencing him... even though it didn't seem to bother him :) A highly recommended place, at a very fair price for Paris where accommodation is exorbitantly expensive...
