I’m welcoming you to my cozy appartement situated in the 15th district (4min from the M13 and 8min from M12 and the tram T3a is opposite the building) Orly airport : 20min by Taxi Marais: 30min by metro

The flat is bright and spacious, has a surface of 50m2, big living room with a comfortable sofa bed where you can sleep, american kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom and a bedroom where i usually sleep however you can use it if i’m not home

It was a real pleasure staying at Simon's place. The apartment was very clean and stylish, and I had a good night's sleep on the sofa. Simon was a charming host. We spoke in French all evening at my insistence, but he is completely fluent in English. I would recommend.

I had a great stay in Simon's home and would definitely stay there again. The building has excellent security, the apartment is immaculate, and Simon has absolutely thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of amenities that are easily accessible on foot. Highly recommended for solo travelers

Cozy apartment beautifully decorated. Simon knows how to welcome guests by creating a warm and soothing atmosphere. The prior exchange was much appreciated. A very helpful host with whom conversation flows naturally and interestingly. I recommend 100% Ps: Simon's place smells amazing, it's very very pleasant.

Simon is an excellent host. He went out of his way to give me tips and make my stay in Paris a great one. The building and the apartment are beautiful, very well connected: a tram stop is just outside the building and a metro station only 5 mins walking. I really reccomend for a nice short stay in Paris.
