A cozy one-bedroom with workspace, parking, and private yard. Keypad locks, Apple TV, and Alexa-compatible devices give this comfortable apartment a “Smart House” feel. The private yard and public park across the street are two reasons why you are welcome to bring your furry companions. Nightlife is a 7-minute Uber away, as is the Brightline train station that gets you to Miami in 35 minutes or less.

I work nights regularly and will not be in the apartment much, so you will have the place to yourself. Visitors are welcome and your discretion is appreciated. I’m always happy to share a drink with guests who have good vibes. I look forward to hosting you!
