Comfortable one-bedroom apartment, renovated and with attention to detail! It is located in a quiet street in the heart of Fiera MilanoCity-MiCo, a stone's throw from City Life and Allianz Cloud in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center via the M5 and M1 "Lotto" stop. It has a double bedroom, living room with French sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is easily accessible from Malpensa thanks to the "Fiera Milano City" stop of the Malpensa Shuttle.

Our apartment is cozy and functional, and is exclusively for non-smokers. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, induction plate, oven, kettle, coffee maker and all cooking utensils. Ironing board and iron are also present. We offer free Wi-Fi connection. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment consists of 2 rooms and separate kitchen. The rooms are: bedroom, with the double bed and the living room with a sofa bed (French double 147cm wide). The bed and possibly the sofa bed will be ready when you arrive and will be prepared for the number of guests you indicate when you make your reservation, any needs should be communicated before your arrival. For the reservation of two people, accommodation in the bedroom with a double bed already prepared is considered. The living room in the case of this type of reservation will remain closed unless otherwise arranged with the property. In case in the reservation of two persons the preparation of two separate beds is required, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with a sofa bed, according to ******** rules it is required to make a reservation for three persons (adding 45 euros/night for the preparation of the second bed). Independent of number of guests only one set of keys is provided. Unfortunately, for health reasons we do not allow animals, even small animals (neither dogs nor cats). We cannot accommodate children under the age of 12. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought out to welcome you to a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or just passing through for sightseeing.
