This apartment is located in the lower part, touching the Old Town, only 2 streets away from Plaza Universitat (where the Air bus stops) and with only 10 minutes walking distance to Las Ramblas. In other words, it is a perfect area to live in, having all the tourist attractions nearby, without living in the middle of them. Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia with stores and restaurants, not to mention the fantastic houses of Antoni Gaudi, are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
