This beautiful and cozy apartment is located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, one of the most authentic and bohemian areas of Barcelona.

The apartment has a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for couples or small families (maximum capacity: 4 people).

It has been recently renovated and has two sunny balconies throughout the day. The living room and kitchen share the same space and include sofa, dining area, TV, air conditioning and internet/wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The bathroom has a shower.

The area The neighborhood of Gràcia is the most bohemian of Barcelona. Before the expansion of the city in the 19th century, Gràcia was a small village connected to the center by a road that today we know as the Passeig de Gràcia. For this reason, the neighborhood retains its village charm, with pedestrian streets, squares full of terraces, restaurants and cafes, as well as local markets with lots of atmosphere.

Gràcia is also a multicultural and vibrant area, with international restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere. The tourist center is very close: in just 10 minutes on foot you will reach the start of Passeig de Gràcia, and in 30 minutes more, Plaza Catalunya. You can also get around easily using the excellent metro system.

Tourist tax The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation and will be requested before arrival. The amount is 10,45 € per adult per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
