This beautiful and cozy apartment is located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, one of the most authentic and bohemian areas of Barcelona.

The apartment features a separate bedroom, ideal for couples (maximum occupancy: 2 people).

It has been recently renovated and features two balconies that get sunlight all day long. The living room and kitchen are open-concept and include a sofa, dining area, TV, air conditioning, and internet/Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space if you prefer to sleep separately. The bathroom has a shower.

The Area The Gràcia neighborhood is the most bohemian in Barcelona. Before the city’s expansion in the 19th century, Gràcia was a small village connected to the city center by a road we now know as Passeig de Gràcia. As a result, the neighborhood retains its small-town charm, with pedestrian-only streets, squares lined with outdoor dining areas, restaurants, and cafés, as well as lively local markets.

Gràcia is also a vibrant, multicultural area, with restaurants serving international cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere. The tourist center is very close by: in just a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach the beginning of Passeig de Gràcia, and in another 30 minutes, you’ll be at Plaza Catalunya. You can also get around easily using the excellent metro system.

Tourist Tax The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and will be charged prior to arrival. The amount is €10.45 per adult per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
