- Queen size bed with comfortable Tempur-Pedic foam mattress
- Clean pillows, linens, and towels
- Closet with hangers, robes and slippers
- 2 Night stands
- 50" HDTV & DVD player. Streaming is available using your own account.
- Complimentary High Speed Wifi
- Separate private bathroom
In addition to the guest room, our home and spacious private backyard is available for your use:
- Washer and Dryer with available laundry detergent
- Outdoor kitchen on back patio with sink, gas BBQ, gas dual side burner.
- In-ground 15' x 25' (4.6 m x 7.6 m) pool and 7' x 7' (2.2 m x 2.2 m) attached Spa. (Note: extra fee of 10 Euro / 10 USD per night to heat the Spa).
-Pool use is seasonal (not heated) which is usually mid April thru mid October.
- The pool and yard are always clothing optional, very private with high walls.

- Free parking is available on the street
- No smoking or drug use allowed (cigarette smoking allowed outside only)
- Sit in the front court yard and enjoy the lovely views of Camelback Mountain while you read a book and enjoy a glass of wine.
