Just a few steps from the beautiful Ostpark, my cozy apartment offers a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for unwinding.
Enjoy the peace and quiet, along with your own private balcony for a touch of outdoor tranquility.
During your stay, I'll be in the living room, always nearby and ready to help with anything you might need. Whether it’s tips on the best local spots or just a friendly chat, I'm here to make your stay special.
The apartment is a few steps away from Ostpark (10 minutes walk), several yoga studio and gyms, from the Kreillerstrasse U-bahn (3 minutes away) and from the tram 21 stop (2 minutes away). The tram 21 takes you in 20 minutes to Marienplatz and has a beautiful drive through the eastern side of Munich.
In case you come by car, I also have an underground garage that you can use.

• What I offer is a Shared living arrangement. I live in the apartment and will sleep on the couch in the living room during tour stay.
• The bathroom is shared. Please leave it clean and tidy after use.
• You’re welcome to use the kitchen. Clean up after yourself and avoid cooking strong-smelling foods late at night.
• Keep shared spaces tidy and respectful of both of us.
