- The residence parking lot is available according to current availability. Spaces are not allocated, so they are available depending on how busy you are. - For your comfort, we provide sheets and towels for the double bed. - Your arrival must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, between 3pm and 9pm. - Car rental is available at very affordable rates, so you can explore the area on your own. - We kindly ask you to clean the kitchen and put away the dishes before you leave. Failure to do so will result in a €30 surcharge being deducted from your ********. - On arrival, you'll find welcome products (soap, toilet paper, garbage can liners). These products are there to make it easier for you to settle in, but we cannot ******** that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, as this will depend on your consumption. - Only one set of keys will be provided. - The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us in advance; this service will be charged extra. - In the event of an emergency, we can intervene by appointment between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. - The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation form. Any unauthorized presence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at €99 per person. - We ask you to use the apartment and its facilities in a respectful manner, without disturbing the neighbors. For late arrivals, a supplement will be charged: - 20€ after 9pm. - 30€ after 22h. - 50€ after 11pm. - 70€ after midnight. Payment on arrival.
