Jose was a very nice host and was kind enough to recommend places to visit. The unit is basic and no frills but is in safe and is well-located (off-site parking), good WiFi, comfortable bed and the necessary amenities. No complaints and Jose was easy to communicate with. Good value. Nice rooftop view!

Where do I begin? From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome in José's living space. The room and the bed were very comfortable and private. I enjoyed his company so much and I was happy to take him to dinner the two nights I was there. He does have a day job where he works remotely and I tried to give him the appropriate amount of space for that purpose. In addition, the first night involved a huge concert (200,000?) people followed by a World Cup match the next night. The partying centered in La Minerva, two blocks away. Yes, it was noisy outside (but also fun to watch.) That being said, closing my door shut out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully. (I was really surprised by that!!) My favorite part about his space is that he has an outdoor patio on the top level with lovely views of the sunset.

Apartment very well located in Guadalajara, the area is very friendly with shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby. The bed in the room is super comfortable memory foam! Thank you José for all the attention...

I had a wonderful two-week stay with José. From the moment he confirmed the booking, he was responsive and kind, making me feel welcome right away. He was always happy to answer questions about the apartment and the neighborhood, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with simple but well-kept accommodations. The location is excellent—close to shops and restaurants, with easy access to the city, just minutes from the recently refinished Glorieta de La Minerva. Even with parts of the city under construction ahead of the upcoming FIFA World Cup, getting around was very manageable. That said, the real highlight of the stay was José himself. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care as a host made a real difference, turning the apartment into a true home base. He made sure I had everything I needed and went out of his way to ensure a great stay. I would absolutely stay with him again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Guadalajara.

José's apartment is equiped with the basic essentials, providing for a calm stay. We had some conversations after a few days where we opened up a bit, although I had the impression in the beginning of my 7 day stay that this was not necessary for José, which was also good to me. José is a nice person to share his apartment.

José is a super friendly guy and always willing to give you all the information you need. Good connection and good vibes. The apartment is in a highly recommendable location for Guadalajara and well connected by buses to the city center.

An amazing place and host! Clean and nice room with lots of light! A big beautiful terrace! Jose was amazing. Also located walking distance from lots of great restaurants and cafes. Don't hesitate to book this space!

Excellent location, the place is perfect for a solo traveler on a budget, area surrounded by nice little local caffès, the host is incredible, excellent communication and attentive, very easy to get in and out to catch an uber and the best super safe.
