a few 100m from the Opera this cozy roof top flat with small terrace and air condition is situated in the 4th district.
There is a double bed in the sleeping room as well as a single bed and a big sofa - bed in the living room.
The living room is to be walked through, not separately closed!
So the flat can house 1 to 4 guests and is situated in a wonderful old Viennese building from the famous architects Helmer and Fellner who have built various theatres and several buildings of the Ringstrasse in Vienna.
There is an elevator but there are some steps to the elevator.

The toilet is in a separate room, the big bathroom holds a shower and bathtub as well as a laundry washing machine. There is an open kitchen incl. dishwasher and a dining table in the livingroom. The single bed in the living next to the sofa is from the emperors times. The flats surrounding is completely quiet behind Wiedner Hauptstrasse and the public transport incl. tube lines U1, U2 and U4 is close by. One can walk to the opera / Ringstrasse / city center and the Naschmarket.
The pitched roof makes the flat cozy, still there are only glass dormers, no glass surfaces in the roof allow the sun to heat the temperature up.
From the dormers you can even see the tower of St. Steffens Dome. Many bars, restaurants and pups are to be found close by.
