Located just a few hundred meters from the Opera, this cozy rooftop apartment with a small terrace and air conditioning is situated in the 4th district. There is a double bed in the bedroom, as well as a single bed and a large sofa bed in the living room. The living room is open-concept; it is not a separate, enclosed room! The apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 guests and is located in a beautiful historic Viennese building designed by the famous architects Helmer and Fellner, who designed various theaters and several buildings along Vienna’s Ringstrasse. There is an elevator, but there are a few steps leading to it.

The toilet is in a separate room; the large bathroom features a shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table in the living room. The single bed in the living room next to the sofa dates back to the imperial era. The area surrounding the apartment is completely quiet, set back from Wiedner Hauptstrasse, and public transportation—including subway lines U1, U2, and U4—is nearby. You can walk to the opera house, the Ringstrasse, the city center, and the Naschmarkt. The pitched roof gives the apartment a cozy feel, yet there are only glass dormers; the absence of glass surfaces on the roof prevents the sun from raising the temperature. From the dormers, you can even see the tower of St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Many bars, restaurants, and pubs are located nearby.
