Cosy downtown studio

In the center of Montpellier, 3min from the Arceaux district, less than 10min walk from the historic center and just 3 streetcar stops from the Gare Saint-Roch, our new cosy studio will warmly welcome you for a weekend city trip or a longer stay. The recently renovated 24m2 studio can accommodate up to 2 people, and is fully equipped to simplify your stay! We look forward to welcoming you.

The fully renovated 24m2 studio comprises a main room with living room and kitchenette opening onto a bright balcony. and a bathroom. The studio has a ceiling fan. In the main room, you'll find a comfortable pull-out bed that easily converts from a 1- to a 2-berth bed (160x200cm). Bed linen is provided.

The kitchenette is fully equipped (microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, air-fryer, fridge-freezer, full set of crockery and kitchen utensils...). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin with storage space, hairdryer and washing machine with drying rack. Towels and shower products are also provided during your stay. The main room also features a large desk and a 2-person dining table. We can provide you with documents on the region, our visiting tips and a few board games. A WIFl hotspot is freely available. On the balcony (overlooking the residence's inner garden) you'll find a dining area ideal for aperitifs.
