A bright room is made available in the residential neighborhood of Città Studi, in the immediate vicinity of Piazzale Loreto, Corso Buenos Aires and the Milan Polytechnic, as well as two subway lines (M1 and M2) that connect it directly to all areas of the city and allow it to reach the center or the main train stations in a few minutes.
There are numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the area (some even open H24).
The room of about 20 square meters with an interior view is located inside a recently renovated three-room apartment, located on the second floor of a quiet apartment building with an elevator.
The spacious bathroom is enhanced by a large custom-made shower stall with generous dimensions of 1.1 meters x 1.1 meters. A luxury of space that allows you to enjoy a comfortable and enveloping shower. In addition, you can choose between the overhead shower for a wide, rejuvenating spray, or the hand shower, perfect for focused, practical action. Every detail, from the modern tiles to the bright reflections, is designed to provide you with a complete wellness experience.
Impeccable cleanliness is a priority to ensure you always have a fresh and welcoming environment. In addition, the presence of three windows makes it very bright.
The apartment is completed by another room and the open-plan kitchen with a balcony. Every room is air conditioned to provide you with maximum comfort in every season.
Free ultrafast Wi-Fi is offered, a smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services, coffee/tea maker to start your day off on the right foot, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.

To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for all, please observe the following rules:
1. Welcome and Arrival Times.
Check-in time is flexible and can be arranged with the owner according to the needs of both of you (4-10 pm). An earlier or later check-in time can be arranged at the owner's discretion. In any case, unless otherwise specified by the owner, check-in must be done by 10 p.m., otherwise access to the apartment is prohibited until the next day during the prescribed check-in times.
The time of arrival at the apartment must be communicated by 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival otherwise access to the apartment may not be granted by postponing check in until the day following the scheduled arrival time.
2. Use of the Kitchen
Use of the kitchen is at the owner's discretion. If you wish to use it, we ask that you request permission in advance. In case of use, it is important to leave it clean and tidy.
3. Silence and Respect for Common Spaces.
Please keep quiet at night (10:00 pm to 7:00 am) to respect everyone's peace and quiet. Common spaces are shared with the owner: be respectful and do not occupy them exclusively.
4. Use of Common Areas.
Common areas (such as kitchen, living room, bathroom, and others) should be used only for the purposes for which they are intended.
5. Behavior and Privacy
Respect privacy by not entering private areas without permission.
6. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. ( please note that the ban includes electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco devices).
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified by the owner.
8. Waste and Recycling.
Please follow the directions for waste separation and use the appropriate containers for recycling.
9. Security
For safety reasons, unauthorized persons are not allowed to be welcomed into the apartment during your stay. It is essential to always lock doors and windows when leaving.
Failure to regularize your reservation at check-in will result in the cancellation of your stay if any unaccounted for guests.
10. Liability for Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facility and furnishings during their stay. In case of damage, the owner reserves the right to charge for repairs.
11. Check-out
Check-out time is by 10:00 am. We ask you to leave the room in order and return the keys to the owner.
You may request a late check-out in advance, which will be subject to the owner's approval.
In case of late check-out not authorized in advance, a penalty of €7 will be charged for each hour of delay until 12:00 noon.
