To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for everyone, please observe the following rules: 1. Check-In and Arrival Times Check-in time is flexible and can be arranged with the owner based on both parties’ needs (4:00 PM–10:00 PM). At the owner’s discretion, an early or late check-in time may be arranged. In any case, unless otherwise specified by the owner, check-in must be completed by 10:00 PM; otherwise, access to the apartment will be denied until the following day during the prescribed check-in hours. Your estimated arrival time at the apartment must be communicated by 7:00 PM on the day of arrival; otherwise, access to the apartment may be denied, and check-in will be postponed to the day following your scheduled arrival. 2. Use of the Kitchen Use of the stovetop for cooking is at the owner’s discretion. If you wish to use it, please ask for permission in advance. If you do use it, please leave the kitchen clean and tidy. 3. Quiet Hours and Respect for Common Areas Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours (from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) to ensure peace and quiet for everyone. Common areas are shared with the owner: please be respectful and do not monopolize them. 4. Use of Common Areas Common areas (such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and others) must be used exclusively for their intended purposes. 5. Behavior and Privacy Respect others’ privacy by refraining from entering private areas without permission. 6. Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. (Please note that this prohibition includes e-cigarettes and heated tobacco devices.) 7. Pets Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise specified by the owner. 8. Trash and Recycling Please follow the instructions for separating trash and use the appropriate bins for recycling. 9. Security For safety reasons, you may not allow unauthorized persons into the apartment during your stay. It is essential to always lock doors and windows when you leave. If your reservation is not properly verified at check-in, any undeclared guests will result in the cancellation of your stay. 10. Liability for Damages Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property and furnishings during their stay. In the event of damage, the owner reserves the right to charge the cost of repairs. 11. Check-out Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. We ask that you leave the room tidy and return the keys to the owner. You may request a late check-out in advance, subject to the owner’s approval. In the event of a late check-out not authorized in advance, a penalty of €7 will be charged for each hour of delay until 12:00 PM. For each hour of delay beyond 12:00 PM, the penalty will be €15 per hour. If the room is not vacated by 4:00 PM, you will be charged the full cost of an additional night.
