"Nice and comfortable room in a clean and well-decorated apartment. I think it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a good value. Nacim is a nice guy and was always willing to chat. The reviews are overwhelmingly positive so I want to share some negatives. Lots of rules like showers need to be less than five minutes and no eating in the room. Check-in is at 7pm! The neighborhood is not charming or pretty. I asked him to turn on the heat bc it was freezing, but he only did the 1st night."
