"Alvaro was informative and responsive regarding arrival, which I appreciated. The stay was generally as described, but there were important issues. The sofa was not suitable or comfortable for sleeping, and the cover did not seem freshly cleaned. Only a very small blanket was provided. There was also another resident -not clearly mentioned in the listing- with access to the shared living area, which reduced comfort and privacy. Laundry access required discussion. Room for improvement."

"Excellent choice if you're looking for a decent sized place and a modern and clean home. Location about 30 to 40 minutes away by train or busses to key tourist areas in Midtown New York. Very responsive host, didn't get to meet Nelson as he was away on travel."

"I can't say enough great things about this wonderful place! Zain is the perfect host; friendly, thoughtful, and full of helpful information. You want to know where to eat, just ask him! I felt so at home here, so much so that I'm looking forward to coming back. His home is full of light and airy, with an incredibly welcoming vibe. The bed is incredibly comfortable and you have everything you need including an amazing bathroom! The location is perfect. You can walk to so many wonderful places all within just a few minutes, shops and restaurants alike. Not too far from Oakland airport, and close to Berkeley as well in case you're in the mood for some additional amazing restaurants. I highly suggest staying here, you won't regret it!"

"One word can summarize Rodney's "pad": extraordinary! From the super convenient location to the thorough communication (and quick responses!) to the room itself, I cannot say enough good words. The Pad is super close to all the main hot spots on The Drive, plus dining and shopping. The room itself was as described (and, in my opinion, even better). Clean, well apportioned, with SO many thoughtful touches like amenities you may have forgotten, umbrellas, a mini fridge with water and drinks, etc. Checking in and out was a breeze, and Rodney was so thoughtful with both helpful hints and clear communication to answer questions or to help with any issues that arose. I will definitely try to book again next time I'm in Wilton!"

Roanoke is worth stopping through & checking out whether or not Nathan is available --- but he can provide some pointers & a convenient place to stay in the heart of everything. Nathan was extremely communicative in advance & even in arrears: hope to have the opportunity to visit more/better again!"
