Nice Apartment in Alexandria VA

Alvaro was informative and responsive regarding arrival, which I appreciated. The stay was generally as described, but there were important issues. The sofa was not suitable or comfortable for sleeping, and the cover did not seem freshly cleaned. Only a very small blanket was provided. There was also another resident -not clearly mentioned in the listing- with access to the shared living area, which reduced comfort and privacy. Laundry access required discussion. Room for improvement.

Its a nice huge bldg in a big apartment are but the area looks very secure and clean. The apartment its comfortable and you have the living room for yourself. You get a key for in and out wich its nice. You can sleep on a sofa or floor; you get a pillow and a small sheet for your comfort. The host get home from work late night but won't bother you. To get to DC its about an hour by public transportation but if you have a car their its plenty of street parking. If the sofa covers get washed and getting a bigger blanket I think the place will definitely be a great place to stay.

This property is located right on the bus line and it is a quick bus ride to the Van Dorn Metro Station. It's a big a condo building. The unit is nicely sized with good windows looking out on mature trees. Sleeping is on a couch, and if you are tall, I'm 6'1", it is not comfortable. The couch is just not big enough. The bathroom could also be less cluttered and cleaner. I was also surprised to discover that there was another resident in a separate bedroom. Both the host and the other resident have jobs that have them leaving or returning in the middle of the night and you'll wake up.

Alvaro was an accommodating, kind and fun host. He gave clear instructions to his place and check in was smooth. His place was very clean all around, and living area was comfortable. Good location, safe area with several bus to metro connections with just a SmartTrip card. Had great conversation with drinks late in the evening after work, and in the morning afterwards.

I arrived by the directions given and was able to get in with no problem. Everything was good, cute apartment. It is in very close proximity to DC only took about 15min to get to all the site seeing attractions. Thank you Alvaro would have been nice to have gotten to talk more but I know you work nights.

Alvaro is an excellent communicator, very responsive & pleasant! My flight got changed so I was not able to stay at his place but I'd like to in the future.
