Spanish actress Rossy de Palma features as a muse for Barcelona Circuit Festival, the largest gay event in the world. She headlines the Circuit Festival 2015 official video unveiled yesterday, which promotes the 8th edition of the gay festival, from August 5 to 16 in Barcelona.

Rossy de Palma appears as Dr. Palmenstein, a female version of the infamous Blofeld, James Bond’s worst enemy.  With the help of her assistant Ambrosio, she creates the most perfect men based on a unique recipe: grains of sand from the beach of Barcelona, a mixture of Barbra Streisand, Mariah Carey and Madonna CDs, proteins and tears of Meryl Streep ... She then ships them to the Barcelona Circuit Festival.
