Dreaming of that summer vacation but haven’t quite got the funds to shell out for it upfront? Don't sweat it! Here at misterb&b we give you the option to buy now and pay later. So, if you’ve found your perfect apartment or room for that big beach break or cute city trip, don’t let it slip away from you and get snapped up by someone else!
Sounds great! What’s the deal?
The deal is called pre-booking and here’s how it works. Pre-booking is only available for minimum spends of $1,000 (or equivalent currency), so is perfect for longer trips, or, y’know, just a few days in some luxurious accommodation, whatever your desire! ;)
Pre-booking also works perfectly for when you’re traveling with a group of friends and will ultimately end up spending a lot more on accommodation.

With pre-booking, your payment is made in two instalments: the first part you pay upfront is the misterb&b service fee (the smaller amount).* The second, remaining amount will be charged in full to your bank card exactly one month before the first day of your check-in at your misterb&b.
Amazing! What else do I need to know?
The only other condition with pre-booking is that there needs to be at least two months between the date you make the booking and the start date of your trip.
For example, if you book a place in mid-March, your travel date would need to be from at least mid-May to be able to take advantage of pre-booking.

This is why it’s perfect for those big summer holidays you really want to plan in advance. It allows you the chance to set aside some hard-earned dollars each month until you have to pay off the second instalment. Saying that, if you do want to pay off the second instalment earlier, you also have the option to do that.
Finally, one week before your second instalment, you’ll receive an email reminder, advising you that the final payment will be taken. So, take advantage of pre-booking now and start planning your big summer get-away! ●

*This figure depends on the host's cancelation policy: if it's a flexible policy, you pay the standard service fees; if it's a strict policy, you pay 30% of the booking price, to cover possible cancelation fees (if you cancel before the last two weeks before check-in).
