Dragonfly Expeditions explores the biologically diverse tropical regions of our world. We specialize in travel to the Caribbean and to Central and South America. From the Yucatan peninsula, down the Caribbean coast of Central America, the top of South America, the islands of the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and Florida from Orlando to the Keys - everything that touches the Caribbean. We explore rainforests, historic capitals, coral reefs, volcanoes, Mayan temples, aquamarine shallows, remote backcountry and jungle canopies.
All Dragonfly Expeditions journeys are by appointment only because we adhere to a strict "leave no trace" policy to limit the impact on the regions that we travel. Therefore there are no pre-scheduled tour dates. We offer customized private excursions for individuals and groups where your particular interests and needs are taken into consideration. Dragonfly Expeditions explores many diverse destinations, one of which is perfect for your adventurous urge to discover interesting people and places. We are continually searching the undiscovered and remote regions of the islands and tropics for some of the world’s most beautiful and diverse ecosystems. If our itineraries do not include a region, island, or country that you wish to explore, please contact us and we will create a journey just for you.
