Perfectly located, in just a short one-minute walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale or Las Olas Beaches. Enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale, as they are also only a short walk away. You can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!

PARKING The apartment does not come with designated parking. There are paid parking lots and metered street parking next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A. We highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is VERY centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.

NO PARTIES

Ring and NoiseAware technology monitors the property for our mutual safety.

The Ring device out front only activates with motion and these devices DO NOT record any video or sound whatsoever inside the home, as we respect your privacy.

CLEANLINESS

We also want to assure our guests that the entire home is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. All linens, sheets, and towels from the previous stay are thoroughly cleaned and replaced as well.

APARTMENT ACCESS

The unit is accessed by an electronic lock with keycode that is provided to our guests upon check-in. The apartment is on the second floor and you will have to walk up stairs to access the apartment.

GUEST ACCESS

You have access to the entire apartment. The place is centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer, and walking distance to countless bars, shops, and restaurants!
