private room in central Paris accommodation

Passing through Paris for one night, I stayed at Franck's place. He is a nice, discreet and very helpful person. The apartment, in an excellent location, is very quiet at night; it has been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished. Very clean.

Franck was able to accept my request on short notice due to schedule change. His apartment was in a great location, was very clean with a comfortable bedroom. Franck himself was friendly, accommodating and provided a nice breakfast.

Bedroom & and bathroom are as described, location is excellent, kitchenette is tiny and not easy to use for breakfast. Overall it was a good use for my commute to work

Franck was a wonderful and welcoming host who ensured I had a great stay. The room is on the smaller side but clean and comfortable. Best of all, the location is superb. It's right in the heart of Paris so it's close to everything I wanted to visit.

Franck was a most gracious host! I totally enjoyed my stay there and felt at home the moment I set foot in the apartment. I have been to Paris before but this time was different because I felt as though I was coming to a home and not a sterile hotel room. Thanks Franck and you will definitely see me again! Lovely host Perfect bedding Great location

Franck is very responsive, extremely helpful and took great care to make me feel welcomed. I can not wait for my next visit to Paris!! The apartment and apartment building are fantastic; classic and very well maintained. The location is prime and a short walk to Le Marais. Plenty of local Parisian fare just steps away in every direction!

It was fantastic to have stayed at Franck's. The place is very clean, the room is very comfortable. The bathroom is impecable and very well organised. His advice on restaurants and shopping was invaluable. He is highly educated and very gracious. Breakfasts were delightful and he aided me with some laundry I needed to carry out. I highly recommend him as a host and his wonderful flat as well.

The place is very easy to find. It is close to the train station and there are lots of food options just outside the apartment. It is also close to the bars and club which Franck had given me information about. The place is spotless. I was also able to wash my clothes. I will stay here again next time I'm in Paris.
