Quiet, bright T2

Hello and welcome! Welcome to my home. This is really my main accommodation - you'll find posters, books, my kitchen and toiletries... I go away for short periods. I'll make room for you on the shelves and you can use the visible products, but of course I expect you to respect my things. The furniture isn't new, there's life in it. It's more like staying with a friend of a friend than in a hotel. 1/ My accommodation is sex-friendly, but no parties please (the neighbors are watching...). On the other hand, my accommodation welcomes a child (a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed in the living room... books and games for children). 2/ if two guests come and go in my absence, I'll ask you to remove your sheets and clean the apartment to leave it welcoming for the next guests (no cleaning fee included in the price). 3/ flexible arrival and departure times, within the limits of the previous/next guest or my departure/return. to be discussed together
