I welcome you to a beautiful, refurbished apartment, located on the 5e floor with elevator of a very recent building, just a few minutes from downtown and Place de la Comédie (15 min by streetcar).
The apartment (55 m2) offers every comfort:
Large 22 m2 south-facing terrace with unobstructed views for relaxing.
Secure underground parking space.
Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and modern bathroom at your disposal.
Spacious, bright bedroom, bed linen provided.
Washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV and all the essentials for a carefree stay.
Nearby transport links:
Bus 5 minutes' walk away, streetcar 10 minutes, quickly connect you to all areas of Montpellier.
The sea and the beaches of Palavas or Carnon can be reached in around 20 minutes.
Montpellier and the surrounding area:
Stroll through the medieval streets of the Écusson, discover the Place de la Comédie, the Opera, the Peyrou gardens, or the contemporary Antigone district.
