The apartment is right on the first floor, and you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen that is ready for cooking or late-night snacks. The kitchen also has a modern breakfast counter top with stools and a dining table for 6, and a cozy living area ideal for conversations or gatherings, so there’s plenty of space for sitting. The sofa is perfect for extra guests or relaxation. A beautiful balcony comfortably furnished to watch the beautiful sunsets or sunrises or just enjoy your morning coffee or a drink. The bedroom provides a peaceful escape from the city noise with sound proof windows, a closet so you can unpack and feel right at home. It features a king-size bed a lounge chair, and a 50” smart tv for restful nights. You also have your own private bathroom fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay. You’ll also have access to the roof top where you could meditate, read a book, or tan and relax.

Step outside, and you'll find local grocery store SORIANA, Bank BBVA/ATM, and Oxxo convenience store within 5 minutes walking distance. Around the corner you will also find a pharmacy and small restaurants and a gym a few blocks up. If you feel like touring the town, the Bus stop is right across the street,where you could ride the bus to Zona Romantica with its LGBTQ+ friendly venues, Playa Los Muertos beach, and lively nightlife.
