50m2 apartment, ideally located in the heart of l'écusson (Montpellier's hyper center) on the 3rd floor of a small, charming building. Quiet street and bedroom overlooking courtyard.
The bright apartment (partly renovated 6 months ago) comprises a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a mezzanine (which can be used as a second bedroom and has a double mattress).
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (perfect for the summer heat), wifi, TV, coffee machine, electric hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Everything is within walking distance, and if you want to party, there's a gay bar just a 2-minute walk away, as well as the sauna, a 15-minute walk away. If you'd like to get out and about outside Montpellier, the streetcar passes behind the apartment and the train station is an 8-minute walk away.
As a homoerotic photographic artist, the apartment has a slightly artistic, bohemian chic vibe. A real little cocoon to get away from it all and enjoy this superb city.
