Since the neighborhood is very central, you can get around exclusively on foot if you wish. Otherwise, all public transportation options are very close by (metro, tram, and bus within 50 meters). Local shops and department stores are just a 2-minute walk away. The TGV station (Saint-Charles) is less than a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in the heart of Marseille, 300 meters from the Old Port. (There is also a second bedroom, which will not be accessible; the living area available to you is 50m2.)

Points to note: - 5th floor with no elevator. - There is currently no Wi-Fi router, but cell service from all carriers is strong. - The apartment is in good condition, but there are a few finishing touches to complete (baseboards, touch-ups). The photos in the listing are from August 2025. It’s a really comfortable place to live, but I prefer to be transparent to avoid any disappointment.
