A house built in 1930 and restored in 2026, located on the border between Palermo, Colegiales, and Chacarita—one of the coolest areas in Buenos Aires.
I chose a warm Japandi design that combines mid-century pieces, high-quality materials, and plenty of natural light. The spaces are spacious and exude a unique sense of beauty and peace.
You’ll have two floors for your exclusive use. On the first floor, you’ll find the bedroom, the living room, and a large bathroom. On the second floor, there’s a full kitchen and access to the terraces: a small one just for you, and a large shared one, complete with greenery and an open-air setting.
I live on the ground floor. That means two things: your privacy is guaranteed—you come and go on your own, using an electronic lock—and there’s a real person taking care of the house. If you need anything, I’m close by. If not, you won’t even notice me.
From time to time, I organize cultural events and private dinners on the ground floor. If there’s room and you’re interested, you’re welcome to join. We always respect quiet and rest.
The neighborhood is perfect for walking and is absolutely gay-friendly: there are specialty coffee shops, trendy restaurants and bars, wine bars, and bookstores. Everything you’d want to do in Palermo or Chacarita is within walking distance—with the added bonus of sleeping where the noise doesn’t reach you.
