Entire apartment, you'll be on your own. Conveniently located 500m from the Seine and the 13th arrondissement's bar-boats, you're in the lively Bibliothèque François Mitterand district. You're also 10 minutes from the GAY district (le marais) with the METRO 14. Quiet 40m2 apartment overlooking a courtyard on the upper floor. Simply decorated, double bed, kitchenette, fridge, cutlery and basic ingredients. Enough to relax, cook and iron. Metro, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby! Contact me for tips on going out. I have no comments on this apartment as it is often booked on another platform ;)
