Excellent stay with Chris and Ben. The room was clean and comfortable and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Lincoln area.

Chris and Ben were the loveliest hosts, very warm and welcoming. I received quick responses to messages with clear information about my stay. They were both chatty and gave me information about the local area. The house is immaculately clean and the bedroom was super comfortable and quiet. I cannot recommend them highly enough and look forward to a longer stay soon.

A wonderful place to stay, very well kept, with everything as detailed. Communication from initial booking and to arrival was great and the hosts are really nice guys. Had a lovely time chatting and dining with them. Will definitely stay again.

'Spic n span' is the perfect descriptor for this listing, a new build house on a smart estate within the newly created village of Witham St. Hughes. Here, there's the likes of a small local Co-Op and both an Indian & Pizza take-away kitchen. It's a straightforward run-in from the A1 and proved to be a great stopping off point for a trip to York from the South. Chris & Ben are a friendly, uncomplicated, welcoming and considerate couple and their home has a discernible warmth about it. We chatted away over a generously prepared meal and everything felt relaxed and comfortable. My room was super in that it had a TV and alongside the quietness, all that I needed to sleep extremely well. There was no issue with sharing the next door bathroom. Free & safe off-road parking sealed the deal !

Chris and Ben were amazing! I contacted them at very short notice having checked out of a MrB&B accommodation in Gorleston on Sea where the conduct of the host was very inappropriate. Chris and Ben waited until after midnight for me to arrive and gave me a very warm welcome into their lovely home. We spent time chatting and enjoyed a nice meal out together which helped turn my awful experience with the previous host around.
