In a new luxury residence (fountain, garden, large hall and swimming pool) in a quiet location not overlooked! ideal, privileged location by car (don't come without a car, you won't benefit from anything) - it's best to rent one if you're coming by plane or train, as it's easy to park on the street and free of charge! Bedroom with 160cm double bed or sofa bed in the living room in a 2-room apartment, the choice is yours! I'll sleep in the other room ;-) Large 15m2 terrace accessible from bedroom and living room Separate toilet and bathroom! Kitchen in the living room! Breakfast included / evening meals available! Residence swimming pool (pool with poolhouse (library and TV) open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. open from mid-May to mid-September!

Smoking allowed on the terrace :-) Pets are also welcome! You have to come by car. I sleep in the living room kitchen. We can set a time to get up in the morning to prepare breakfast 😉 Just so you know, I'm part of the CDC association, which is organizing the TIMM, Montpellier's LGBT sports tournament, from August 25 to 27. And I'll be doing the JUNGLE PARTIMMM party on Saturday night. I could be your guide.

I had an excellent stay at Damien's place. He is very welcoming and helpful. The apartment, as well as the residence, were magnificent. I really enjoyed the pool and the very pleasant setting. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay in Montpellier!

Damien offers a pleasant room in a beautiful apartment in a luxurious residence. Too bad I didn't have time to enjoy the pool. Damien thought of everything to ensure his guests lack nothing. Everything is perfect, I will return with pleasure at the first opportunity.

Superb residence. Very well located, between the city and beaches. Inside, it feels like a hotel! Spotless apartment, spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed, terrace... Damien is friendly and cool. I'm keeping the address for a future stay.
