The Palm Springs Casa Agua Blanca s a licensed Vacation rental City ID #4425 operating in adherence to all of the strict rules of the Palm Springs city ordinance under the City ID# 1875. The responsible party (guest who books) occupying the home must be at least 25 years old and will be responsible for the compliance of all occupants and guests to the House Rules. Maximum number of guests is 6.
We strictly adhere to the Palm Springs occupancy, noise and parking ordinances and expect all guests also to do so. Any fines or other consequences from not following these rules will be deducted from security deposits and may result in the loss of your full ********. This is a great property, but it is not a party house. Quiet hours are 10pm to 10am.
• Please always be mindful of your neighbors. No partying, events or other excessive out door noise.
• Palm Springs city ordinance prohibits out-door amplified music or amplified sound of any kind.
• Per Palm Springs ordinance no more than 6 overnight occupants and 10 daytime occupants are allowed on property at any time.
• Only vehicles belonging to the occupants are to be allowed within the perimeter of the property at any time and no more than 3 vehicles allowed on property or along its perimeter at any time.
• No indoor smoking of any kind is allowed. If you do smoke outside, we ask that you use one of the ashtrays provided. Please close the doors leading into the house.
• No glass or glassware by the pool. You will find the kitchen stocked with pool friendly plastic-ware.
• Please do not sit on ANY indoor furniture in wet swimsuits or with sunscreen on the skin
• No cooking of any kind over the fire pit
• No decorations that can damage the property (Confetti, Silly String, etc..)
• Children should be of "swimming-age," as the pool is not fenced.
• Please read and follow recycling rules as the city of Palm Springs does frequent inspections

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Casa M and M in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A ******** of USD $500 is required. The host charges the ******** 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The City Transient Occupancy Tax is 11.5% on the total rental amount and not included in the nightly rate.
