The space This apartment of 40 m2 (about 419 sqft) is located on the 4th floor of a typical Haussmann building of Le Suquet (without elevator). Close to all amenities, the beach, and main tourist sites of the city. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

It is composed as follows:

- a living room with a TV, a sofa that is convertible into a double bed, as well as an air conditioner (cold and heat)

- an open kitchen with everything you need to cook (stove, fridge-freezer, kitchen utensils, microwave (which is also an oven), Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster). A washing machine will be at your disposal.

- a bedroom on the mezzanine with a comfortable double bed.

- a nice clean bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, towel dryer and hair dryer.

Quality towels and bed linen will be provided, also as shampoo, duffle bags...
