Architectural treasure in Palermo / Recoleta

A hidden gem in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires, my guests find here a home with a lot of character and all the comforts needed. The building is from 1920’s, unique in the area, strategically located to easily explore and enjoy the city. Particularly cool during the summer, it is a ground floor facing a large common courtyard, full of plants and secluded from the hustle and bustle. Just a step away from the National Public Library and the Museum of Decorative Arts and metres away from two key arteries which give access to the city's cultural highlights, both by public transport or cab. The Museum of Fine Arts can be reached in minutes through extensive parks with leafy trees. Across a chic area with embassies there is the Museum of Popular Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art – MALBA – The apartment has plasma TV, computer and wi fi access, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and oven. It is very easy to feel a part of the neighbourhood, find where to eat or buy what you need for a meal at home. My greatest satisfaction is when travellers find the place delighting and leave their mark through a bond that remains open and always ready to be resumed.
