Located 2 minutes' walk from the Saint Just METRO, the LE DÔME concert hall and the THÉÂTRE DU MOULIN. Supermarkets and shops at the foot of the building, 3 metro stops from the train station, 5 from the VIEUX PORT and the MUCEM. Free parking around the apartment, a rarity in Marseille. Fully equipped, sofa bed, closet with closet, everything provided, sheets, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, hood, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes, wifi, etc. Separate bathroom with shower and WC. Modest in size, ideal for solo travelers or couples. You'll appreciate its proximity to the METRO, making it easy to get around the city (130 meters from the metro, 2 minutes' walk).
