Private room in modern apt w/balcony | 8 mins to Oslo Central

Very clean apartment and equipped with an excellent location with respect to the center of Oslo. Steinar gave me all the necessary information for check-in and I was able to arrive even in the late evening. On the day of check-out he gave me the possibility to leave my luggage and come get it in the afternoon. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to chat much and get to know each other better. In any case the accommodation is top!

Everything was perfect. Steinar is a genuinely kind and welcoming person. Communication was easy from the very beginning, and he made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodation and the location were even better than I had imagined. Everything was clean, well organized, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend staying here. I especially enjoyed our conversations and the time we spent together. At the same time, I never felt pressured or obligated to do anything. Steinar struck the perfect balance between being friendly and giving me the freedom and privacy to follow my own routine. Thank you for making my stay in Oslo such a positive experience. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed here for five days. The place is accessible by public transport, though the walk back from the station is a noticeable uphill. The train station is about a 7–8 minute walk away. I briefly met the host, who was responsive over messages.

Steinar was a lovely host and his place offered a great base for me during a busy weekend exploring Oslo. He was happy to provide recommendations when asked and really made me feel at home. The location is EXCELLENT and most of the sights within the city are within comfortable walking distance.

Steinar was very welcoming to me even when I had to arrive very late in the evening. His helpful advice got me from the train station to his place. Steinar's apartment is clean and tidy, and the room is comfortable. I felt very much at home. Steinar was always ready to chat when we crossed paths at home during my stay; he is a cheerful and low-key host. The apartment is 30-40 minutes on foot from either the train station or the opera house, but there are is a nearby subway station (Ensjø) from which one can go either to the centre or to Frogner. All-in-all, I had an excellent stay at Steinar's place!

Had a really great stay at Sinar's place in Oslo. He is a wonderful guy and helped us with many things during our stay. The apartment was very neat, clean, cozy, and located just around 15 minutes from the city center, which made everything very convenient. There's also a grocery store nearby, so getting daily essentials was super easy. One thing I really appreciated was that he even helped fix my harness before my event, which was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks again for that!

Steinar was a great host. He communicated well and shared all the relevant information. Check-in was very simple and easy. All the information provided in the advert is the true refection of the room. Steinar is very friendly to communicate. Room and bed were comfy. The location is remarkable as metro is only just a 7 mins walking distance taking you to central (only 3 stops away). The whole flat is equipped and clean. Highly recommended to any fellow travellers.

The atmosphere of Steinar's apartment is incredibly calming, it felt like a sanctuary to return to after a long day of exploring the city. It was clean, neat and tidy. Steinar is also a wonderful host who strikes the perfect balance between giving me my space and being available for a friendly chat. Location is also top-tier, it is a quick 7-minute walk to the nearest metro. I was able to reach the central station within 15 minutes. Overall, a 10/10 experience!
