Excellent location for visiting Nice. Tram stop right below the house, you can reach the city center in 20 minutes. Parking on the street below the house is easy to find within 5-10 minutes. Sergio and Bruno were very kind, helpful and pleasant. I will gladly return.

I spent 2 nights at Sergio's apartment and I really enjoyed it. The flat is super clean and has a nice view. He made me feel comfortable and prepared everything I could ask for. Thxs a lot 🙏
