Nicely furnished 80m2 penthouse, 15 minutes walk from the Metro stop and 5 minutes walk from the Pineta Sacchetti. All services (supermarket, pharmacy, ...) within 500 m. 4th floor WITHOUT lift. Quiet neighborhood. My building isn't very nice but our apartment is and it's very quiet and in summer you can sunbathe on the terrace even naked!! 50" TV available with Netflix and Prime. Then there is Alexa We are green: we have a photovoltaic system
