very light and cosy place, ideally located between Santa Monica, downtown LA and Irvine! Calm neighborhood woth easy street parking, and a large green area just down the street, leading to a lagoon! Also Long Beach is super LGBT friendly, and all small businesses and the beach under biking distance! you will feel home at my place! i'll provide everything you need. there is a bedroom and sofa-bed to welcome 4 people.
