Jean is a perfect host. Relaxed, kind and always there if you need him. He also made me a list of "what to do and see" after what I told him what I wanted to experience in Paris - this he did in front of my arrival. Since this was my first time visiting Paris the list was perfect to me. The apartment was beautiful, clean and all what I wanted and expected it to be. It's also have a great location. It has walking distance to the "gay" area and many of the main attractions in Paris, and it is also very close to the metro that connects to almost all of Paris. I will come back for sure.
