I loved our walking tour under the banyan trees to the butterfly garden! It's a great location, just a 15-minute walk to downtown and the Dalí. The food was incredible—delicious breakfasts and scrumptious snacks like his sticky rice with mango and dolmades. Great company, and I'd love to stay again!"

I was in town for a work conference, and Kevin's home was conveniently located, spotless, and welcoming. Kevin was a gracious host who made me feel like I was staying with an old friend. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after work, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!"

Great restaurant recommendations from the hosts, and a great neighborhood, not far from anything. Oh, and the fresh coffee variety in the morning was great."

Stephen·5·Mar. 2025· "I recently had the pleasure of staying at George & Jeff’s rental home in Tampa, Florida, and I can confidently say this is a 5-star experience through and through! From the moment I arrived, George was incredibly helpful, providing detailed directions that made finding the property and parking a breeze. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by George, who gave me a warm welcome and an informative tour of the home and property.
The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. George walked me through the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, coffee cups, and other essentials. One of the highlights of the property is the gorgeous backyard, which features a stunning swimming pool and an aviary housing two beautiful parrots. It was so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in such a tranquil setting.
Upstairs, my room was spacious and had its own private balcony overlooking the pool. The deck off my bedroom was a lovely addition—perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee or soaking up the view of the pool and the large oak trees surrounding the property. It felt like my own personal retreat.
One of the main reasons I booked this property was because of its clothing-optional policy. George informed me that the clothing-optional area extends throughout the backyard and on the balcony, which was a real treat. I loved being able to enjoy the outdoors in a completely relaxed and natural state—whether I was sipping coffee in the morning, lounging by the pool, or taking a shower outside. It was truly a liberating and refreshing experience.
George and Jeff were both extremely friendly and accommodating, and I always felt comfortable and welcomed. In fact, I had a wonderful conversation with Jeff by the pool while I was soaking up the sun, and it felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. Their hospitality really made the stay special.
The house was immaculately clean, and everything was in perfect working order. I had absolutely no complaints, and I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay in Tampa. I’ll definitely be booking this property again the next time I’m in town. In fact, I met a couple who had been coming back to this property for years, which speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—this place is truly top-notch. Two thumbs up, five stars, and I can’t wait to return! Thanks again, George and Jeff, for an unforgettable stay!"

He was a gracious host that made recommendations on local attractions and restaurants. The pool and backyard is an amazing private oasis. Unfortunately, the water temp hadn't risen quite enough for us to enjoy in March. When we return to area we would gladly stay at David's place again."
