The apartment is near a major road with plenty of bus options getting you to the city center in 20 minutes. In fact, I had no problem meeting for a bus tour at 6:45 a.m. from his place. I had great nights of sleep in the cosy room. Along with a warm shower after a long day, Derek found time to offer a cup of tea and biscuits. In short, you will truly feel at home and I highly recommend staying with Derek."

Eric, very attentive, is very thoughtful: when I arrived, he had prepared a snack, and for breakfast he gets a fresh baguette. Everything is truly perfect. The bedding is excellent, a real soft and welcoming bed. A memorable Parisian experience."

It was a very enjoyable stay, great location and very comfortable accommodations. Being a nudist, I appreciated the clothing-optional option. His place is well decorated, nice set up, I felt at home. We had nice chats throughout the visit, which felt like reconnecting with an old friend! I will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Joe!"

James·5·Sep. 2026· "If you have the chance to stay here with Roger and Larry, take it! They are the kindest and most sincere people and treat their guests like royalty. The room is perfectly appointed with everything you could need and they provide anything else with drinks, snacks, water etc. They were so kind to me and showed me some wonderful spots across Marieta and Atlanta and I got the pleasure of meeting some of their friends too. They were also so welcoming and I felt like I had been there for years instead of days and got to meet so many great people at my time there. The pool, grounds and hot tub are beautiful and kept spotless and the breakfast was delicious! In the future I may be doing more stopovers via Atlanta and will not hesitate to contact them again to visit as my first and only choice. I cannot speak highly enough about this place and thank you both for such a wonderful time."

Kitchen and living room fully functional and decorated in bright, fun colors and beach theme. I really enjoyed chatting with the other guests poolside and over morning coffee. I was able to go out and enjoy the area and find my way back easily. Billy helped make my end if summer Florida tour absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend his B&B!"

The location of his 2 floor penthouse home is convenient to trams, shops and attractions yet on a quiet street. A couple spaces are available for guests on both floors and the rooftop terrace is expansive. Each morning Franz had a nice breakfast of fresh items and in the evenings if time allowed we had friendly conversations while having glasses of wine. Would be a pleasure to stay again."
